URGENT NOTICE

Services by Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) in Kuwait from Thursday, 23 July 2026

Indian Consular, Passport, Visa & Attestation services in Kuwait will be available from Thursday, 23 July 2026, at the following three Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) to be provided by M/s DU Digital Global:

2.       Services will be available at the ICACs both on walk-in basis and through booking appointments at kwicac.dudigitalglobal.com. While booking appointments online, applicants are advised to carefully choose the correct category of services required.

3.       In addition to Government of India Fees for the respective Consular, Passport and Visa services, the service provider, namely,  M/s DU Digital, will charge Kuwaiti Dinar 6 for each application or service. This service charge of 6 KD includes ancillary services related to Passport, Visa and Attestation services, such as form filling, photograph, typing of documents, domestic courier, printouts and photocopies.  

4.       Details of fees and service charges are attached for reference at Annexure-I.
