IMPORTANT NOTICE from EMBASSY OF INDIA
The Embassy of India in Kuwait has outsourced all Indian Passport, Visa and Consular attestation services to M/s.BLS International Services.Applications for all these services are accepted and delivered only at the three Indian Consular Application Centers (ICACs)at (i) Kuwait City, (ii) Fahaheel and (iii) Jleeb-Al Shuwaikh, operated by M/s. BLS International Services.
BLS is authorized to charge KD 1.000 as Service Fee for each service provided by them, apart from the Application Fee prescribed by the Government of India for the particular service. They are also authorized to levy fee for providing certain Optional ValueAdded Services (purely Optional, not Mandatory). The details of all such authorized services, along with the approved fee are provided in the Website of the Embassy, and on Notice Boards at all the three ICACs.
Neither the Embassy of India nor BLS have authorized any other agents, agencies or middlemen for facilitating any of the services.
The Embassy does not bear any responsibility for actions of touts or agents. Do not make any payments to agents, touts, brokers or anyone offering to help you obtain any of the services.Agents/middlemen may overcharge fees, misguide you or withhold information while filling forms, etc.Pleasealso note that use of agents or touts for any of the services offered by the Embassycould also adversely affect your application.
If you are approached by any such person/agent/agency, please report their activity to the Embassy’s Whatsapp Helpline No. 65501013 (only by Text/Audio message in any language) or by email to cons1[dot]kuwait[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in.
Photography/Videography/Recording with any type of Camera/Mobile phone inside the ICACs is strictly prohibited. All these office spaces are monitored on CCTV cameras and suitable action shall be initiated against violators of these norms.
If applicants have any grievance/suggestions regarding the service/amenities at the ICACs, please use the Feedback Forms (in Hindi, English and other Indian Languages) available at the ICACs. These are directly collected by the Embassy.
